Mirab Mineral Resources AB

Mirab Mineral Resources AB is a small independent company involved as consultants in the exploration for base and precious metals and industrial minerals throughout Sweden, Norway and Finland.

The company, established in 1992, provides a wide range of exploration surveys and additional support in the form of specialized expertise.

Mirab has particular experience in the documentation of Swedish industrial minerals and metal occurences. Previous contracts with the Swedish Government involved several compilations with special access to the archives of the Mineral Office of the Swedish Geological Survey.

Mirab has during the years handled many applications for exploration and exploitation permits and established close and good realations with the Mining Inspector offices. Deep knowledge in the Mineral Act and many of the nearby legislations are a result from this work.

Mirab is ready to provide professional assistance and management in exploration as well as exploitation of deposits throughout Scandinavia. One of the most successful contributions MIRAB has made to the swedish mining industry is to define and evaluate the Kringel Mine, a world-class deposite of flake graphite, production started in 1996 by Woxna Graphite AB.
